The primary guide for installing, configuring and operating Nexus in production environments.
Includes environment planning, service configuration, upgrade paths, and operational best practices.
The HTML and PDF copies here always reflect the latest production release of Nexus.
The classic DICOM DIMSE behaviour of Nexus: its application entities and presentation contexts, the storage, query/retrieve and worklist service classes, and the transfer syntaxes and SOP classes it negotiates.
For integrators comparing conformance before connecting a modality, archive or worklist source.
Classic DIMSE only. DICOMweb - QIDO-RS, WADO-RS and STOW-RS - is outside its scope.
Microsoft SQL Server DDL for each Nexus release: one script to build the schema in an empty database, one to bring an existing database up to that release by adding only what is missing.
For sites where the Nexus service account has not been granted DDL rights on its own database and a database administrator applies the changes by hand. MySQL and embedded installations normally manage their own schema and need none of this.
Take the script for the version you are moving to, not the newest one.
Verifying the GPG signature on the .deb, .rpm and
.tar.gz downloads, then installing, upgrading and removing the package.
Covers both the interactive check and a pinned-fingerprint form suitable for scripted or unattended installs.
What changed in each stable release: new and altered behaviour, fixes, compatibility notes, and the checks worth running after an upgrade.
Newest first, one entry per version, for the product selected at the top of the page.
Also reachable from Release Notes in the top navigation.
