Every field is needed. Each one is something we would otherwise have to come back and ask you for.
These go to our help desk exactly as you send them. Logs and screenshots from this domain routinely contain patient identifiers, hostnames and credentials. Please send only what you are content for us to hold, and anonymise anything you are not - the tools under Tools can describe a file, or strip the identifiers out of a DICOM one, without you sending the original at all.
Up to 3 files, 10MB in total. Logs, HL7 messages, screenshots, PDFs and DICOM files. Archives and programs are refused.We have emailed you a confirmation. Reply to it if you need to add anything, including a file.
