This is not a conformance validator, and a clean result is not a clean bill of health. It checks five things, listed with every result. Full validation against the information object definitions needs tables nobody maintains and would not earn its keep - but these five are what most "it will not load" tickets turn out to be. A file that passes here can still be wrong in a way this page never looked for.
